We want you to love your Motel pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select your preferred return shipping method and choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items, print your generated return label, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.
